You asked, we listened -- Chavez STEM Academy is introducing new ways to maintain the community informed. Now, more than ever, we understand how important and crucial it is to send immediate notifications to our families and community members. 

That is why we have set-up a new source that families and those who desire to may opt-in to receive direct notifications from the district. 

A Message from Public Affairs & Communications

"The district has developed different means to inform the community on the latest happenings, but now, we have developed a better system that will meet the standards of the district and the district's students, staff, and families," said Communications Director Lucas Wells. "Whether someone is looking to be notified of school news, emergency notifications such as school lockdown or fire alarm activations, or weather delays and closures, the district's new system covers everything and additional features that the district's previous system offered."
